There's absolutely no debate as to why this hotel has the rating it does it is pure value for money and beautiful

The pool is amazing, the place is well kept and maintained, the rooms are good, and to the hotel's credit, they upgraded me to a two-room villa, which was fun. Although I was next to a busy road, it was quite quiet at night.

The hotel is very popular and is suitable for the elderly, but I saw young people, which is nice. At breakfast, it is very difficult to get in and out of the indoor dining room. It is difficult to get good coffee. There is a large espresso machine that is not in use, even though I asked for it and was willing to pay, but the employee there directed me to the regular machines that serve really bad coffee. The coffee was cold or it is not possible to get coffee because the machine is limited in its speed and they give priority to the waiters who bring coffee to the tables outside and I have to stand for fifteen minutes for a cup of coffee.

Some really weird guests with habits I would not want to be too close to. This is of course not a weakness of the hotel, for them it’s just a risk.

Air cons are very old and not functioning very well.

Buffet, shower pressure, live music/entertainment, air con, swimming pool, decor in the dining room and lobby,

No elevator, no wheelchair access to the first floor, no golf car or shuttle, no sticky rice or larb on the menu or pad Thai, no salmon, no juicy steak, no Thai ice tea or Thai oliang/coffee, not Pet friendly, TV in the living room is too small, room is not soundproof,

The bed make a sound and not so comfortable. The room, you can smell smoke from your neighbors which smoke in front of their room.

It’s our repetitive stay! This place is an absolute tranquil and relaxation right in the heart of Pattaya city !

Second time we stayed here. Amazing pool and no fights over sunbeds, great location right next to Terminal 21, staff super helpful and nice, great 2 bedroom apartment ideal for a family. We will be back.

Maybe a bit more choice with food, but it's easy enough to go outside. AC in the room was a little loud

We only stayed 2 days in this hotel, but I have to leave a very positive review. Beautiful hotel, the garden is a wonder, large, clean, warm central pool. Rooms come with a balcony or terrace. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with a large European selection. Thank you very much and we wish you all the best from Hungary

We loved the perfect fantastic Garden, the hotel right in the heart center of Pattaya, everything is near by, the hotel area is so calm, beautiful and peaceful. It is very cozy, very classic , well taken care of. The Food at the restaurant is amazing, great choice, for lunch and dinner the way the serve it - is super! Saturday night buffet with live music - is a Must! Breakfast- very tasty , huge variety! We extended our stay for longer as it was so joyful, and will be back!!!

Excellent. Great location and good choice. Pool was fantastic and lovely and warm. Very reasonable price, clean rooms and the 2 bed room was very large. Great showers and the biggest bath I have ever seen!

Staff were great except the check in staff male wasn’t pleasant at all. The two male staff at the pool bar were permanently surly. No idea why. Whereas the cleaners etc were lovely, smiled etc. however I highly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel. I liked everything very much. Service - 10+. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Buffet breakfast is ALWAYS WONDERFUL. Room was fine. I traded a King a long way from the office for 2 beds that were near the office. My bed was about the size of a massage table, much smaller than I anticipated it would be. I lived with it, but it was very narrow. TV remote was very difficult. Should have asked for a new one, but made it work. Wonderful Customer Relations Manager and IT gentleman. The pool is the best I have ever been in. Huge. They have a book exchange library with books in about 10 languages.

Helpfulness of the breakfast staff. They are amazing, but you need to ask them for assistance. Then they will gladly help. Not as many smiles as I am used to but wonderful people. I use a cane, and help at breakfast is always nice.

Warm welcome at Reception. Friendly staff. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Spacious clean rooms set in attractive grounds with a large swimming pool. Good location for our visit to Pattaya.

Size of the room, bathroom etc was all very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was huge and loads of space for sunbeds etc. Staff generally very friendly and helpful.Location is central and on a busy road, but you feel isolated (in a good way) when in the resort.Restaurant mostly had speedy service and good food.The guests were mainly older German guests so the pool and general atmosphere was quiet and calm.

No one on hand to help with unloading luggage. Not normally an issue but I travelled alone with a 1 year old so I had to pull up to the lobby, unload everything by myself and leave it all on the side of the drop off area whilst I took the car to the car park so I could walk back with my son. When staff were setting up for the Saturday buffet, I waited for about 10 minutes to get a menu despite more than 10 staff working around me. They seemed annoyed that me and my son wanted to have lunch in the restaurant.Being a toddler, my son is prone to falls. A service cart was left outside our room and he fell and cut his cheek on one of these carts which have sharp metal corners.There are signs everywhere saying don't reserve sunbeds. At 7am, half the sunbeds are reserved.We were told breakfast starts at 7:30 and when we arrived at 7:25 the first morning, it was almost full of guests already eating.It seems almost every guest smokes. It would be nice to have non smoking areas outside the rooms and some sunbed areas. Our neighbours either side were always smoking and everyone on the sunbeds were smoking - it would be nice if there were some sunbeds and rooms where smoking was not allowed.Bed was not the best - springy and squeaky.

Fabulous breakfast, for sure smth for every taste. Friendly staff. Nice pool area.

The hotel is opposite Terminal 21 shopping centre and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The swimming pool is fabulous with plenty of sunbeds.Breakfast was very good with good choices of hot or cold food..
